Why this exists
Some authors don't need a 90-day Guided engagement or a fully managed Done For You project. They need an experienced publishing professional beside them for one pressing objective — the cover that isn't working, the interior that won't behave, the file KDP keeps rejecting, the decisions they can't confidently make alone.
A VIP Publishing Intensive is a private, scheduled, remote working session — $750 standalone or $600 as a Guided add-on — and it is not production work.
VIP isn't a discounted version of Guided Publishing or Done For You. It is concentrated attention on one defined problem, in one reserved block of time.
How we meet
Your VIP Publishing Intensive is a private, scheduled, remote working session on Zoom — one reserved three-hour block, just you and an experienced publishing professional.
Zoom is the standard format
You receive a private link for the scheduled time. Your camera is welcome but never required. If the approved objective genuinely does not need screen sharing, the VIP session can be held by phone only by mutual agreement.
Screen sharing where it helps
You share your screen whenever it helps with cover, interior, production files, KDP/POD setup, metadata or troubleshooting, so problems are diagnosed on the real thing rather than described from memory.
You remain the operator
You run your own software, files, computer and publishing accounts throughout. Self Publish Me watches, evaluates, diagnoses, advises and directs — we never take over your computer or your accounts.
A fixed three-hour clock
The reserved block starts and ends at the agreed times, with your materials supplied in advance. It is not an open phone line before or after, and it is not an in-person working session.
If the objective is settled early, the remaining time can go to closely related issues inside the same approved focus area — not to a second, unrelated project or topic.

One reserved VIP Publishing Intensive for one defined objective. No 90-day engagement is created and no ongoing relationship begins.
For active Guided Publishing clients.
3 focused hours
Active Guided clients pay the lower add-on rate because the book and project context already exist inside the Guided engagement. It is additional to the $2,250 Guided fee, not included in it.
Booking more than one
Additional VIP Publishing Intensives may be purchased as needed, subject to availability. Each VIP Publishing Intensive is a separate engagement devoted to one primary objective.
