If you choose “Handle it for me”, these are the eight steps.
This is the process for a professionally managed Done For You publishing project, in the order it actually happens. Guided Publishing and the DIY path work differently — you manage the work, with defined Publishing Reviews or with free guidance tools.

Tell us about your book
You start with the short publishing intake and give us the key facts about your finished manuscript and what you want it to become. You don't need to hand over the full manuscript to begin, and you don't need to understand publishing yet.

What we ask for: working title, approximate word count, manuscript status, your goals for the book, and what you already know or need help with.

Project assessment
We review the project information you've provided and, where appropriate, relevant parts of the manuscript or materials, to work out what your book actually needs — and what it does not need.

Your publishing plan
You receive a project plan written for your book: the recommended work, the order it happens in, the decisions to make, and the costs involved. You review all of it before committing to anything.

Agreement and production start
Production begins once you've approved the plan, completed the agreement, and satisfied the required project deposit. From there you have one point of contact for the project.

Book production
The work approved in your publishing plan is completed in sequence. Depending on what's included, that can mean editing where it's needed, cover design, print interior formatting, and eBook preparation. We prepare the book you wrote; we don't write or develop the manuscript.

Author review
You review proofs and designs and give consolidated feedback. Revisions are handled within the agreed work, and you approve the book before anything is published.

Publishing setup
The approved files and book details are set up in your own Amazon KDP account: metadata, categories, keywords, and your ISBN choice with guidance. Amazon KDP controls the retail and distribution platform; our part is setting your title up on it correctly.

Publication and next steps
Once Amazon KDP completes its review and the title is live, we confirm the listing, provide the final files and publishing details included in your plan, and explain any next steps you've agreed. Amazon controls final review and retail availability.

What the process does not do.
Clarity works both ways. These are the boundaries of the service.
We do not write or ghostwrite the manuscript. We start with the book you created.
We do not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or media coverage.
We do not take ownership of your manuscript, your rights, your royalties or your KDP account.
Production begins only once the plan and agreement requirements are complete, and we do not add services your book does not need.
