We know this is short notice — and we sincerely apologize! Things have been quickly here at Self Publish Me, and with everything going on, our next Author Spotlight Event has come up fast.
We’ve got just under four weeks to bring it all together, and with your support, we’re confident this third event will be the most exciting one yet.
📅 Event Date: Saturday, July 19, 2025
🕔 Time: Doors open at 5:00 PM
📍 3810 N Tulsa Ave, OKC, OK 73112
This event will feature:
🍽 A full three-course dinner
🎷 Live jazz courtesy of OKC Art Moves
🎤 A Live Author Panel + Q&A during dinner
📖 Book signings & reader meetups
🎟 Free admission to the public
To help us continue improving the experience for authors and guests alike, we’re now asking for a modest $25 booth fee for Self Publish Me authors, which includes your dinner.
You’re welcome to invite dinner guests — just $10 per guest (youth $5).
📣 Important:
We’re also welcoming non-Self Publish Me authors for the first time. Their booth fee is $35, also including dinner. This allows us to expand the reach of the event while continuing to prioritize our growing author family.
💬 We’ll need your RSVP no later than July 12 to ensure everyone has proper booth space and dinner arrangements. Space is limited, and we’d love to accommodate everyone comfortably.
We’re also exploring new venues for future spotlight events — so your continued involvement means a lot to us.
