SPM REFERRAL PROGRAM
Terms and Conditions
• One referral payment per qualified referral.
• A referred author must NOT have been a client of SelfPublishMe.
• Referrals are qualified after a deposit has been submitted and payment has cleared.
• Referral payments are issued via check.
• SelfPublishMe must be notified via email (info@selfpublishme.com) of a referral within 48 hours after the referral is made.
• Only a qualified referral partner is eligible to receive a referral payment.
• A referral partner may fail to qualify if they knowingly mislead SelfPublishMe, or provide false information.
• A referral partner does not qualify to receive payment for his or her own book.
• A referral partner must provide at minimum their full legal name, a current mailing address, a valid email address and contact phone number.
• Upon accrued payout total of $600, a completed W-9 will be required, no exceptions. For total payments of $600 or more, a 1099-MISC will be reported to the IRS and sent to the referral partner for tax purposes.
• If both the referral partner and referred author cannot be reasonably identified, no referral payment will be issued.
• The referral program terms and offer may change or be discontinued without notice.
• Referral checks are void 90 days after issue.
